Executive Administrative Assistant

Manpower is hiring an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for our client in the Teays Valley, WV area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting executive level management and handling complex administrative tasks.
Salary:
$40,000 - $60,000Responsibilites:
Manage executive leaderships emails, calendar to include scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements Prepare and edit reports and coorespondence to include operational and financial reports Provide adminstrative support to the owners family as needed Manage personal tasks and errands while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Conduct research and compile data to assist in strategic planning Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office suite Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Excellent organization and time management skills Must work well under pressure with the ability to prioritize tasks Strong attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Management or Finance preferred Interested?Apply online at www.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
