JOB DESCRIPTION Marketing Director/Coordinator Reports To:
Regional/Area Manager/Administrator JOB
Summary:
Responsible for increasing referrals leading to Agency growth directly linked to sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
1.
Analyzes past and present referral data.
2.
Keeps abreast of competitive products and their selling features.
Participates in competitive pricing survey every six (6) months.
3.
Participates in trade shows, career fairs and conventions and weekly recruitment efforts to ensure a proper supply of direct care staff.
4.
Plans and completes five to seven sales calls daily.
Makes effective use of sales tools to promote swales and effectively conduct presentations.
5.
Submits weekly sales call schedule and outcome reports as requested by Regional/Area Manager/Administrator.
6.
Submits accurate expense reports in a timely manner.
7.
Maintains up-to-date client/referral records.
8.
Effectively educates physicians, discharge planners, families and the community at large on home care services/benefits.
9.
Participates in community activities and acts as an Agency representative.
10.
Represents the Agency in a professional and ethical manner.
11.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
? Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field preferred.
? One year in medical/healthcare related sales required.
Experience in home care marketing preferred.
? Must be able to read, write and maintain simple records in English.
? Skilled in interpersonal relations.
? Excellent communication skills.
FUNCTIONAL ABILITIES ? Must be able to hear and speak in a manner understood by most persons.
? Must be able to read 12 point or larger type.
Must be able to travel to prospective referral sources Job Type:
